I recently stayed at Lenox Park Apartments this past year. At the beginning it had its downs but then it’s up especially after the recent changes in management. During my time here, the property went through two different management transitions, which at times made things feel a bit uncertain. However, since Steve joined the team, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in how the community is run. Accountability and communication has improved significantly, maintenance requests are being handled more efficiently. I’m grateful for the progress being made and hopeful that Lenox Park will continue moving in this positive direction.
As a current resident, I have experienced numerous ongoing issues within this apartment complex. I have continued my tenancy primarily because I am under lease; otherwise, I would have terminated my lease earlier this year, as the cost to do so was prohibitive. I have lived here since August 2024, during which time the property has undergone two management changes and significant staff turnover. To be clear, the on-site staff and management have consistently been kind, professional, and responsive. My concerns are not directed at them, but rather at the ownership and overall handling of the property. On multiple occasions after returning from trips, I have discovered mold present on my clothing and within my apartment. When this was reported, I was informed that nothing could be done. Ad
I was in Lenox Park from May/June 2022-March 2023. I had a personal situation and had to break my lease. I think it was one of the best valued apartments at the time I move there and property was one of the best options in the city near a variety of activities. The amenities are beautiful. My favorite is the office work space by the pool. I also enjoyed the pool. The apartment unit were nice as well. I really enjoyed to few community events I went to as well. I was in Building 13 and it was noisy by the freeway/ highway toll road. I transferred to Building 8. The parking rules changed and was pretty bad when I was there. It made it challenging to have guests and even park on the property after returning home from work. Building 8 was much better than Building 13 regarding noisy and mor
This review has been edited (from a 1 star) to reflect the awesome reaction/treatment from management. Long story short, ownership tried to implement a really unfair and absurdly high vehicle parking charge out of the blue. The residents (including me) kind of raised hell and the management team really went to bat for us. Management is amazing and I think they really care about their residents, especially Steve. I’ve lived here for 4 years or so. Formerly a 1 bedroom and now a 2 bed with my girlfriend. The 1 bed was just an okay size (if you have a visitor often) but really nice. We are absolutely in love with our 2 bedroom as far as an apartment goes. Very spacious and very nice, especially for the price. Maintenance has always been on top of their game for the most part. Have had issues
I recently had a scare where my refrigerator stopped working one morning. Due to work, I had to leave, but I managed to submit a maintenance request before walking out the door. A few hours later, upon return, my refrigerator was fixed! The repair was completed within the 3.5 hours I was absent, so quick and discreet! Wish I could have thanked the maintenance worker in-person because they saved all the refrigerated supplies I had stocked for a catering gig later this week. Whoever you are, you are my hero!
