Lenox Park Apartments

I’d have to say this is by far the WORST apartment complex in the area. If you’re thinking of moving here, simply don’t. Take it from someone who has been living here since 2022. Since my lease is finally up I can honestly say down to the ladies in the leasing office this place is horrible. Let’s start with my first year living here. September 2023- March 2024 my AC was not working. I reached out to the leasing office for MONTHS & it was the same thing. They would say someone is coming by to fix it and no one would show. Maintenance would come flick the ac to on & off say “you’re good” then leave. It would still not work. I would create work orders that were marked as completed but no one came by. I received this on my door 2 years in a row! They never inspected the chimney so it’s 100% unsafe chimney in my apartment thats hasn’t been looked at in probably YEARS! I even called to confirm if they will be checking it and she said “no it’s to make sure you guys don’t use the chimney “ when a FREEZE IS COMING WOW!! DONT LIVE HERE !! I had to live here cause I did not have a choice They DONT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY! Clearly.. read the comments

First off, thank you Maria for always being nice, and there for tenants. They just hired someone by the name of Veronica who is the rudest person, and does not know how to explain anything. If I am moving, why would I be charged for an entire month. Would not provide me any information on how to fix the situation but responded with “look, I do not work for you” which she is correct, but I do not work to be robbed because of a error on managements end. I have been attacked twice while living there. The water never works. Gun shots in the area all of the time. Rude neighbors. But VERONICA has been the worst part of this experience by far.

I have been living here for a year now and I love it here. I still haven’t had an issue. The office manager and the other 2 ladies at the office are super attentive and always treat you with kindness and respect. Their sense of urgency to have everything working and running is amazing.
