Lenox Burnet Apartments

Great place and great location. Most importantly, Tyler was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The rest of the team was great as well. Even though I may have given them a bit of a hard time, they handled everything with patience and care, which I think is very important when choosing a place to live. Definitely recommend. UPDATED REVIEW: The units here are really nice and I genuinely enjoy living here a lot. The location has a lot within walking distance as well, and a nice neighborhood for evening walks. The pool, gym, and lobby are beautiful. This complex is quiet and has good soundproofing in the units. The pool does echo a lot and can be quite loud but only if you have a door/window open or are out on the balcony. The onsite leasing and maintenance team are great and willing to work with you when encountering issues. We have had issues in a couple areas: ant infestations on multiple occasions (though not in a couple weeks, fingers crossed), access door and elevator issues, and a non-working washer for two months (though this was supposedly at the fault of whirlpool). I’ve been living at Lenox Burnet and it’s been over three weeks waiting for them to fix one of the doors that gives access to the pool. There are other entry points, but this one is the closest to my apartment, so it’s very inconvenient. For the amount you pay to live here, you really expect faster service and better attention to maintenance issues.

This is a great community and conveniently located as it is just a short drive, or Uber, from the domain and still relatively close to downtown (if you choose to go down there!). The office team is always warm, friendly, and inviting and the maintenance team is quick and thorough with their work. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a home in this area!

The Lenox Burnet community is the most beautiful I've seen in a long time! Their staff is absolutely amazing! My client will be moving in soon and she's so excited. We were met with warm welcomes and very informative information. The leasing team rocks and the manager was so kind and helpful! I have heard nothing but great things about Lenox Burnet. I highly recommend living here! :)
