Very poor experience. I do not recommend. As a professional real estate agent in the business 20 years, this was one of the worst title transactions ever. Confusing files and cc'ing the client, poor service, everything was convenient for them and not the customer. The whole Lennar transaction was terrible. A manager was cc'd on multiple emails and never reached out. There were never sincere apologies for their mistakes. One of the last emails from Teresa said, "Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible so you can head off to pick up the keys to your new home right after closing" and I felt this was such a sarcastic response, as none of the process was smooth. Please look at all the lawsuits and complains about Lennar regarding construction defects on BBB and on multiple public sources before signing a contract with them. Stay informed before making a decision. Hoping to help at least one person not go through what we have gone through with this builder.

They are horrible. Communication and unprofessional. I went with Lennar lenders instead of who I’ve used for years to get the incentives on my new built. The experience from sales to closing was horrible. Ending with this title company keeping over$7k of my money I stead of distributing it totally illegal. They were supposed to wire it and didn’t the sent a check and stopped payment in the check. This was money extra I brought to closing at their requirement. Never ever answer emails or phone calls either.

It was a great experience! Everyone was super supportive and caring throughout the entire process. Jason, the loan officer, Aaron, the sales manager, and the notary were all fantastic. The whole process went really smoothly! Thank you!

Closed my 9th deal with these folks this year. Consistent DA's not getting put into the file. Documents not being uploaded to the portal for clients to access. Documents that should be readily available will take days to get. Worst title company I've worked with by far and we have no way around it when buying a Lennar home. I will say if you can get ahold of Carey she might be the only one who can help you with an issue. Outside of that no one in the office seems to care.
