Built a home with Lennar in 2021. The construction and workmanship subpar at every level. Spent 1st six months waiting for repair people to come fix something on a brand new house. Price of the house $760,000. NEVER BUY A LENNAR HOME. All appliances very poor quality and had get oven and microwave fixed within 2 years.

THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!! WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A HOME WITH LENNAR AGAIN! July of 2024 we attempted to purchase a home with Lennar it was beautiful. Loved the space, the yard everything about the lot was very beautiful! We put our earnest money down & was told if we get denied of the loan we would get our earnest money back WITHIN 90 DAYS!! In November of 2024 our loan application was denied due to not being able to provide a document. We was told we would that we would get our earnest money back either within 90 days or 2-3 weeks!! We never received our money. Now we are being told our earnest money would be towards the seller & was never told that at all, and it was not in the agreement!! Now we’re currently signing the same papers over & over again to get our earnest money back!! DO

Interviewed by Lennar and they promised to contact me again Monday with next steps. It’s literally been weeks. Not to mention, the phone interview was unprofessional and scattered. No, thank you.

Very disappointed that findings noted in my year warranty home inspection they needed to be repaired are not going to be addressed as they are deemed cosmetic.” If their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and a great home buying experience, then the ball is definitely dropped. At this point I would not purchase another home from this builder based on my experience.
