Lennar at Willow

Lennar has Beautiful affordable homes. We just bought and the ONLY things I wish the homes would have is hurricane windows and the same touches the model home shows. Such as the extra trim on the kitchen cabinets. And leave out the ugly live oak trees on property. Plenty more trees you could choose to place. AND the homes are way too close!!!!! Nicole was our gal and she is very pleasant and very knowledgeable and kept in touch with throughout the process.

My new home consultant Ben Bloom & loan officer Heather Ganss both went above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible, with my best interest at heart. Always available to answer any questions or concerns. Make sure to ask for BEN BLOOM he’s very knowledgeable , honest and genuinely cares about the best outcome for his clients. Ben does what he says he going to do, when he says he’s going to do it.

Pros: -The houses are beautiful and affordable. -The neighborhood has a lot of families, especially those with young kids. -It’s not noisy, which was a concern since it’s near highways 41 and 75. -There’s plenty of parking both at the houses and around the area. -Plans are in place to build a major supermarket across from Willow. Cons: -Amenities like the pool, gym, playground, and tennis courts won’t be completed until the end of 2025. -Some homes have patios next to a natural reserve, which could lead to more bugs and animals in the house. Tip: If you visit, make sure to ask for Ben. He takes the time to give you a thorough tour and ensures you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Builders should not give negative reviews on their competitors. Remove it!
