Arielis at the sale center was and has been great. She has helped me even months after purchasing. Jose, who does the loans was very helpful initially, but then after that, it was hard to reach him. The guy that did the walk-through with me was great at first, but they didn’t show up for the second scheduled visit nor did he return any Communication. After I closed, I went to the house about a week later and the door was left unlocked. There was also water on the carpet upstairs for an unknown reason. The HOA was a little bit confusing. I did a survey and had two people reach out to me. The guy claimed he would call me back and never did. Overall, the community is nice. The house is beautiful.
