If you visit this property and are assisted by the sales representative, Brianna Hinrichs, I want to give you a heads-up: do not share your email with her. Without my consent, she started sending me daily marketing emails, and there is no way to unsubscribe. I told her I was no longer interested, and she still keeps sending me spam emails. I was interested in buying a second property there, but she was so unprofessional and uninformed that instead of moving forward with a purchase, I honestly left and decided not to proceed. She was unable to clearly explain key details and withheld important, critical information.

Poor quality. Just look at the finishes, and you’ll understand. If you read the HOA documents, you’ll understand why they are literally giving these away. If you want my advice, I would tell future buyers to read the HOA documents carefully so they don’t regret it later.

I have a home that is new construction, and it still does not show on Google Maps. I have ensured that the street does appear. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
