Don’t fall for the pictures. I swear if we knew so many classless people moved out here we wouldn’t have purchased. The HOA is a joke because until the development is completed, it is ruled by Lennar. Folks are trashy and put up fences not in compliance with the HOA tenements. No one follows rules. Constant parking overnight on the street, parking on the grass, grills in the front yard/porch, basketball goals in the streets, and trash everywhere. Lawless children whose parents haven’t taught them basic respect for other’s property. A slew of bad and not much good. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!
