Lennar at The Trails

Excellent location in San Diego.. next to everything. Good homes too in my opinion. That is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars intstead of one. I opened Google today to give a poor review, not because their add-on prices are obscene, but because of the abysmal parking situation. There are only around 10 or so parking spots for the entire Clementine area (Zach Dr), which all the residents essentially have to fight for. Tons of people who live here have to park outside the entire complex and walk 5-15 minutes to go home. I parked in MY OWN DRIVEWAY (blocking only my own garage, parked parallel to it), and not long after, they had it towed. Read that again.
