Lennar at The Ridge at Knob Creek

Just purchased my new home, first Lennar homeowner in that neighborhood. Fredo was my point of contact, and he was very helpful and understanding from the very beginning. He made the process go very smoothly and if I had any questions no matter what time or day it was he always got back to me. The house I purchased was not my first choice. I changed my mind 3 times. So, I can tell you he was very patient with me. Lennar made everything very smooth, although at times it felt rushed when it came to paperwork for closing. I am also trying to move in as soon as possible. I did get a third party home inspection because they are professional and that’s what they do. They see things we wouldn’t.
