Great floor plans and an awesome location convenient to Highway 31, Highway 501, near schools. 15-minute drive to the beach. Restaurants, shopping. Natural gas community! Highly recommend!
Lennar built our house as cheap and quick as they could put it together The AC's not big enough The studs aren't even in the walls off-centered The roof leaks I feel like a strong wind the house will blow away
This was a model home and was sold more than a year ago. It should be deleted from Google Maps.
Terrible workmanship, and you have to sue them to fix warranted issues…. We are headed to Court now! Our drive way is crumbling and they said during final walk through they won’t cover it
