Lennar at Sweetwater Glen

While some families decorate trees and sip hot cocoa, we’re out back admiring the seasonal lake that appears every time it rains. Apparently poor drainage is a festive surprise feature you discover after closing.

It's very disappointing that the Mandalay Ranch division doesn't have a beautiful entryway way sign like Sweetwater Glen and ALL the other builders off hwy 20/26 in Caldwell. Even Hubble Homes Mason Creek housing division and KB Homes have beautiful entrway signs at EVERY entrance to the their housing areas. Feels like Mandalay Ranch got the short end of the stick on these deals. It makes the neighborhood feel so mediocre and basic. You can't see the one small sign at the main entrance coming from Middleton. At night you wouldn't know where it is because it looks like there aren't any lights on it. It's so dark. As much as we pay for HOA fees you'd think it would be at least as nice as Sweetwater Glen and the other Lennar housing areas in Canyon County. Unfortunately it's not.

They lied about the amenities and said “it was a mistake telling us”. Poor craftsmanship of the home and robotic reps (they’ll say things just to appease). I’m already considering putting my house up for sale.

Working with Lennar Sales, Lennar Mortgage, and Lennar Title was the single worst experience I've had on a real estate transaction in my 7 year career. Their lack of communication, respect for their transaction partners and overall lack of professionalism is appalling. If you are a home buyer or real estate professional, I would highly advise against working with Lennar at all costs. There are so much better options for new construction homes in our area that are similarly priced.

We bought a house in Nampa, Id. It was a pleasant experience at first but once we finished signing paperwork and got moved in they didn't do anything they told us they were going to do. They didn't clean the house at all before we moved in saw dust was all over and drywall dust, we had paint splatter all over the floors and cabinets, we also had a gopher issue before we even bought the house and they told us they would clean up all the holes when we did a walk through before we moved in and that never got done. Also our dryer wasn't even all the way hooked up when we moved in. I called customer service about the gopher holes and it took forever to get a response email said it would be 48 hours till someone called me and it took over a week ,once I finally got someone they told me it isn'
