1.95% tax rate mellowroos included. So on an 800k house, you're paying 13k+- in taxes/mellowroos annually... plus HOA $400+ monthly. California makes it virtually impossible for most people to afford unless you had a big inheritance or making extremely good money or old money... Not too impressed..
I found the new homes at Springhill by Lennar to be great new homes.Generous size bedrooms and bathrooms,large kitchen and family areas as well! Horrible smell from the nearby cows farms!!!! Friends and family don’t want to visit because the place smells so bad. I see many cuts and repair holes on the walls of the houses during the construction phases. Not sure what happened but the moister seal is no longer the same because it's not one full sheet now.
