I had the worst experience buying a home with Lennar at Smiley Ranch . From the beginning to the end of the process, I felt misled and frustrated. Promises that were made by the Construction Manager during the process were not kept, important details were not clearly disclosed, and communication was inconsistent. There were multiple instances where information changed or didn’t match what I was originally told, which made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. Buying a home should be an exciting milestone, but instead it became a source of frustration and distrust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lennar to anyone considering purchasing a home.
