Lennar at Sierra West

It was great! Better than trying to bid against people and getting your hopes up. A lady named Jackie helped us and went out of her way even though they were busy and short on help. We bought a house that day we went in! Thanks Jackie!

Do not buy a home from Lennar! They are terrible craftsmanship and they are slow to help with anything. It’s one thing after the next with these homes. I bought mine during April 2020 and they had me do a FaceTime closing inspection and I regret ever doing it. 4 years of this home falling apart and numerous complaints to headquarters and BBB. I don’t usually post negative things but I know that many of my neighbors are experiencing non-leveled/grated backyards, pipe issues, electrical issues, solar issues, etc. when I moved in my air duct for AC wasn’t even cut out. I’ll attach the latest problem with the terrible quality of work.

Must provide copies of your driver's license and personal information just to be able to look at the model homes. No thank you. I shouldn't have to give my private information away to an app in order to shop for a new home.

The worst experience in my life, going to Lennar. I wish I could give no star. Mark is racist and awful. He thinks he is a loan officer, you should be approved by him beside the lender’s approval. that is funny I don't know why he gives himself these rights to interfere to customers personal life. he forgets that he is just an admin assistant. Nick collected all our information, required docs and ran our credits but never got back to us. after a couple weeks of waiting calling and sending emails we got approval for 100k less than we are approved by another lender. He said Mark will call you for the available house. We waited for Mark’s call for ever. Lennar’s houses are nice but people who work in Campus Aoks and sierra west in Roseville are awful. I do not recommend any one to go with Len
