Lennar at Seagrove

I totally understand that the individual creates the experience... we have had nothing but a wonderful core memory on purchasing a new home with Sébastien Gonzalez. I recommend asking for him personally because he's been the representative Lennar has been needing. We can't wait to call SeaGrove home soon!

Working with Lennar from agents on site to lending to title has been the worst home buying experience of my life. Poor communication, unaware of their processes, and late frequently are just a few items. The home does not demonstrate good craftsmanship and the build before and during purchase is not maintained appropriately. They want to congratulate you on a home purchase and make a spectacle but cannot do the fundamentals of a home purchase appropriately. Find an agent and go the traditional route. Closing costs and concessions Lennar verbalizes do not pan out in the end. The bright line train nearby is quiet but the train carrying cargo, frequently and late, is loud. Walls are thin if you are in the villas. I regret this purchase.

The quality of material used for the price you will pay is extremely ridiculous not to mention the people who build the homes are outside contractors who’s laborers do crap work! I’ve had several inside people who work for them inform me not to deal with anything that has a Lennar name attached to it and I will do just that

Where do I get started? Don’t ever do business with Lennar especially sales manager Mark Durkin and sells associate TJ we ended up getting denied for our loan which is fine no problem there but the part of getting our money and escrow back. It is starting to get really frustrating. they do not ever respond back to mine and my wife’s calls on rare occasions they have on top of that getting in touch with Yahaira The escrow agent with Lenarr has been almost impossible. They are dragging this out as much as they can when will I get my money back and no I don’t want to review the terms again we need our money.

I have no issues with the purchase of the home and community it self. it is a nice community. I have a problem with the property management Campbell property management Ricardo. It is going on 2 months and still no mail box key. How are you supposed to receive mail if there is no key issued to you. They drag you in circles and blame the post office, but the addresses exist now so what is your excuse? This is unacceptable and should be priority number 1!
