If you are looking for a home do not buy at Riviera or from Lennar. Very shady dealings. They hide costs to buyer and WILL NOT HONOR written or verbal agreements. We asked for Lennar to pay 3% at closing. Simple enough. NO, they only paid 1.5% and then asked for an additional 4k at the end. It is the shadiest operation I have ever dealt with. They taught my son more than I could teach my son about bad business. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE AT RIVIERA IN LAKE LAS VEGAS!!!! Don't deal with Dan.
