Anybody thinking about moving here, understand that they have told us they will not build any amenities. Every other neighborhood has parks, walking paths and playgrounds. We have the Lowe’s special on an unmaintained lot. All plans for amenities were cancelled when Lennar bought Rausch Coleman. Also, the HOA refuses to tell us what our HOA fees are used on. We pay $500 (increasing each year) and have nothing to show for it. No services, no structures, nothing…
HOA is unresponsive. They don’t maintain anything in this neighborhood but demand payment on time. Weeds everywhere, roads are damaged, common areas are dead, construction crews work all hours of the day and night (2am at times).
