Lennar at Ponds of Highland Hills

Purchasing a home is obviously a much longer process than buying a loaf of bread, so I can only comment on the portion of the home buying process completed. As of now, I own a pile of dirt in the Ponds of Highland Hills, but someday I anticipate this community being a great place to live. I plan on updating this review as time goes on to give more feedback when I have more information to share. Both Dee Gindt and Nicole Engbrecht have been very helpful with the selection and purchasing process. Nicole walked us through a few homes that were underway to give us a better idea of the various layouts possible. Dee provided lots of on-line documents to peruse and sign and got us in contact with the loan officer. Dee entered in all our options we had decided to add to the purchase agreemen

I was able to connect with Nicole Engbrecht to tour a few homes that Lennar had built. She made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about all the homes. I would recommend her to anyone looking to build with Lennar!! Great job Nicole and we appreciate you!

This was our first new home purchase and everything was great through the whole process. Nicole Engbrecht was very helpful the moment we showed interest in these homes. Bryan Frischmann has also been amazing with all our home questions and warranty requests. We stopped in for information and the person was very helpful. The biggest concern is that you only get to choose from the options they have. If you like them, you are fine. Otherwise you can't get what you want.
