I would not buy from Lennar. They do not hold the local tradesmen/women up to any quality standards and you are left with a brand new house that looks like it was put together by children. DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR.
A longer review will be posting soon. The sales people there is absolutely ridiculous, . Calls, text and emails go unanswered, just no responses. In someways I think it worked out for the best!
Crappy, I purchased here and had a lot of problems/ I wouldn’t recommend a Lennar home to my enemy. Big lack of communication as well.
DO NOT BUY! The craftsmanship of these homes is complete garbage. So many issues on these homes!
