Lennar at Palmero

I am homeowner of Lennar homes and I am writing this review after continuously being disappointed by them. Firstly, they did mistake in building out backyard, to which they said it is according to their standard and it always had been like this. upon presenting with the pictures we had taken before, showing them it wasn’t the way they have made it , they dragged the decision and talks too close to closing date without fixing it. Next, the first year home owners warranty seems like a big scam. I had a water situation going on , Lennar’s delay in addressing remediation by making assumptions from the beginning to prove that this is homeowner’s fault and getting your insurance to cover it did cost me a lot at later.
