Lennar at Orange Blossom Groves

As a Realtor I take Buyers here often and get them their new home. There are single family homes, Villas and Townhouses available for sale.

BUYER BEWARE! We built our home in the Groves in 2018. Keep in mind that these homes are not custom built. Unless you want to spend the money needed to build a custom home in Naples, you get what you get. Once the paperwork is signed, you are on your own. We are happy with our home aside from the finishing work. Speed is of the essence so workmanship suffers. The tile floors are not level and the trim leaves much to be desired., however, we can manage the flaws. The community is the issue. We would move if it wasn't for our fabulous neighbors. We are disenchanted by the HOA. We thought living in a governed community would sustain the quality and integrity of the development. The cheapest constructions quality. Everything they use to build the house is the cheapest. Five month waiting for assistance to solve some finishing and devices problems in my house and no answers. Don’t close before having everything fixed cause once you do, warranty does not work. Lennar cares more for quantity than quality. If you can afford buyig somewhere else, do it. If this company received a prize as they say, it could have been many years ago. Disappointed.

Don’t walk, RUN away from Lennar. Not only did we close on our house 3 MONTHS late, the quality of work is absolutely terrible. The sales reps in the office have no idea how to communicate, the project managers have no idea what is being done in the homes and get to hide behind Lennars builder warranty to allow subpar work to be done and not be held responsible. The title company scheduled the wrong day for closing and cost us money to have our movers rescheduled. The AC already broke the day we moved in, the kitchen sink began to leak, a kitchen drawer broke within 5 days, caulking hasn’t been finished, grout is shoddy at best, there are holes in the drywall that were not repaired, the property managers and sales reps LOST my mailbox keys that should have been presented at closing. Awful experience. Moved in 6 weeks ago on a home that should’ve been done in December. Ever since then I’ve been living in a a nightmare. Missing doorknobs, hanging electrical outlets, rodent infestation from improperly sealed foundation, electrical issues, flooding from second to first floor on SECOND day and sooo much more. No response from any of them. Dozens of warranty tickets opened and nothing done. Will be taking legal action and blasting Lennar on social media to get justice for my family.
