Lennar at Northpointe

Good experience working with Lindsay. Not done yet, but pre-approval is done and selecting a new home is next. Spent less than 5 hours over 2 days reviewing homes, completing online application, and coming in to speak with Lindsay. Prices were set for my selections, so little room for negotiation. Overall, great value!

*******Update as of May 6/2025****** Lennar finally told us they will send out people to fix the problem and that was end of March. Over a month, we haven't heard from them about a schedule for the repair. They closed our case saying that they will reopen a case for the repair, which hasn't happened. Our yard was flooded and the flooded area is attracting pest and all grass died. Lennar is constantly building new homes in North Pointe but can't afford to help current residents. This issue has been going on for over a year. Nothing has been addressed. This can happen to anyone. ******Recent Update_Mar 10/2025***** We got some rain on Saturday. The Side lot is still very wet and muddy because water doesn't get drain properly. There are shallow puddles even 48 hours after the rain. Another

***Update *** After reaching out to customer service with Lennar, they said that there’s nothing that they can do. NOTHING THEY CAN DO. Lennar is a JOKE! They obviously made a mistake on our sidewalk and now they say that they can’t do nothing about it. Our sidewalk looks very, very ugly and very, very bad and they refuse to fix their mistake. I’ve spoken with customer service and I sent pictures of the poorly done job And nothing is being done. I will insert pictures. So please don’t buy from Lennar YOU WILL REGRET IT! If they make a mistake they will not make it right and you get lucky if your house is good bc if your the unlucky one to have gotten something done wrong at yours, Lennar won’t make it right. Bought a home 2 years ago. Our driveway is severely cracked, the garage floor small area is cracked, Over 20 Tile in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and hallway have cracked. Today the master closet clothes rack fell. The 6 screws that held it up are less than an inch into the wall. The bathtub faucet diverter is broken. Paint by windows have cracked. The roof flap wasnt sealed so when it rained it would leak into my microwave This is just what I can remember as of right now

Do not buy a home from Lennar! Our house is a de steaks old and our drive way is already cracking and chipping away all over the left side. Multiple other people are saying the same thing about their home as well. No warranty for it either and they say nothing they can do. Stay away this company is awful!
