Move somewhere else if you can. You can get a new smaller home in Woodlands Hills for the same price as the new homes here. The HOA fee in woodlands hills is about 1k a year, here its $800. We have almost 0 amenities (outside the mediocre park), and woodlands hills has two pools, a gym, multiple parks, and well taken care of natural areas. They sit back and do absolutely nothing but charge fees and collect payments. If you are thinking about purchasing a home here - rethink it.

We went in as 1st time home buyers the sales person was nice but she took the time to help us but very loan officer was very helpful but lack of communication with the boss they were trying to make deals with out the bosses approval. We almost signed a second lien but lucky we weren't approved and they said we didn't qualify . Very bad experience would do my research a lot better

Improperly filed my paperwork to process my deposit refund and then proceeded to loose my deposit money by sending a check to the wrong address. 2 months later and still do not have my money back, nor any real effort to efficiently handle the situation. They demanded the holding deposit within 24 hours yet when it’s time to return it they take months.

After submitting our personal information and loan documents the Lennar sales team then explained our Real estate agent will not be compensated. The buyer will be responsible for all agent fees and commissions. Keep in mind prior to submitting docs with agent present they explained to agent that she will be compensated her commission and they will supply docs for commission payment. This sales team will only tell you what you want to hear just to make the sale. Take all precautions before signing contracts and paying NON REFUNDABLE earnest money. Just remember you as a buyer are the customer and it is Lennar’s sales consultant’s job to be clear and up front with all Lennar’s policies. This particular sales consultant team gives a bad name and reputation to the professional sales comm
