Lennar at Mason Grove

I entered into a contract to purchase a new townhome on 3/10/20. Was given all the nice assurances by Krista Smith that if I don’t qualify for my loan due to my employment situation Lennar would gladly refund my EMD. long behold I did not qualify for the mortgage, Lennar knew about it within the 30 day contract period and asked me to work with their secondary lender who also could not qualify me within the 60 day contract stipulation Now Lennar does not want to refund my EMD and are giving me the run around that I did not notify them, did not meet the contract stipulation and have no recourse to my EMD. Never come across such an unethical public company like Lennar. Pure bullies. Stay away and be careful dealing with this company. Lesson learned -read some of the reviews of other buyers w

My Sister lives there, I am envious of all the space that she has....3 bedrooms, 2 full baths...open floor space and a lot cheaper than Athens area apartments/townhomes with much smaller floor plans..
