For anyone looking to move here PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I encourage you to look elsewhere. The HOA here steals your money and the neighborhood while happily tell you it's true. There are no amenities for the amount we pay. The will tell you what your HOA is at signing but will add charges like a $270 fence fee that NO ONE in the neighborhood has signed for at closing. They will NOT and I repeat NOT include you into meetings, votings and respond to emails or comments regarding issues of the neighborhood. No lawn care, pond care, or any fence care will or has happened. Our HOA along with many of us in this community are $600+ with all these ridiculous fees they keep charging everyone for. One of the main HOA, Sarah I believe her name is- you'll know her and her ridiculous appearance- will say s
⚠️There's sewage and waste plants (Southwaste disposal and SAWS sewage) 1-2 miles away from these communities. The smell fills the air early in the mornings and at night. It's horrible and will make your house stink.
Great customer service. A new subdivision is in the making. Rausch Coleman Homes is a Christian-based company. Nice quiet area for now anyway.
Great community! Love that the builder kept a lot of mature trees.
