She made the entire process smooth and ensured we closed on time without any issues. Their attention to detail and their quality of work is the worst I’ve ever seen you can tell they do not care you can tell they do not check their contractors work nothings level straight square paint running painting over hardware hardware falling off chipped faucets, lights misaligned I’ve been in construction over 30 years and it is hard to believe that a construction company is this big let this many mistakes in our house that cost a half $1 million With this kind of quality go on the market. They sell the houses before the houses are finished so you don’t get to see the finished product after you sent the paperwork I’ve expressed these things to have them come fix them.
