I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a townhome at Lawson Townes, and I can honestly say the entire experience has been exceptional. I especially want to recognize a few individuals who truly made this journey memorable. Sam, our Construction Manager, was consistently outstanding—always proactive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was handled the right way. He went above and beyond to get things sorted quickly and guided us through the entire process with clarity and care. Amber has also been amazing—always ready to pick up the phone, patiently answer our questions, and continue supporting us even months after closing. Amber is the best sales consultant ever! She went above and beyond for me on my first visit to the property. Amber spent a LOT of time answering my questions and showing me around. As a first time homeowner, I was nervous and a little overwhelmed but Amber made my visit exciting! She is really the best hype woman and definitely played a big role in me choosing this community. Sam is the coolest building manager. He answered my questions along the way and was also excited for me. Even after moving into my new home, he has been prompt to address any issues. We have been really pleased with our interactions with Amber Mccullen and Sam Laukitis throughout the building process with Lennar. Amber is a wonderful sales consultant, always accessible and very helpful. Sam has also been great and I felt confident he was keeping very close oversight for the build of our new townhouse. The property was finished exactly on time, extremely clean and we are thrilled! Not all builders are created equal. Lennar has been fabulous so far. Highly recommend. And, this is a beautiful community in a fantastic location!

I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves 10 stars. This is my first experience with Lennar and the homes are so well built and I love the size of my master bedroom and the closet is huge. Everyone has been extremely caring and hospitable throughout my home journey. Amber McCullen is the best sales agent I have ever met. She was extremely patient and kind and I didn’t even think I could purchase a home but she gave me the confidence to go for it. She held my hand every step of the way. Now when I come to visit my home I always have to stop in and give her a hug. Her smile will light up a room.
