The signal out here is horrible. Just know that before you sign a contract. Look at the wifi connections. They all have 1 bar. But the houses aren't bad tbh.
Geddis was so knowledgeable , honest and extremely helpful in getting us into our new home! He was quick to respond and helpful in every way. He and Briauna are the dream team. The home buying process was smooth and the communication was great. Thank you for our new home! We love it here!
Once you close on your house and they’ve gotten what they need from you they do not care about any problems you might have. Their responses went from friendly and attentive to unprofessional and disinterested once we closed.
Super clean. Good builder.
