I am in the process of purchasing a home with Lennar and it has been a positive experience as a first time home buyer. I've been working with Tom (new home consultant), and he has gone above and beyond to ensure that the process is going smoothly. He has been very diligent in answering all of my questions/concerns with an excellent level of customer service. Tom has made a very nerve wrecking process more pleasant. I would highly recommend Lennar homes.
BUYER beware !!!! We were considering purchasing a home in this development ,but after hearing of the experiences of customers under contract we have decided against it! They do not honor their commitments and their customer service is practically non existent. It is sad that in this country when someone has an issue you can no longer get an honest direct answer. Until corporations can respond to buyer concerns with the same vigor that they did to get the sale, we should not use companies with this track record. Why am I posting this? Because I truly was considering a home here and the client has no more energy to fight this bohemath of an organization.
Nice homes. Cool floor plan in the one unit I was in.
