Lennar at Hinson Hills

The Hinson Hills community currently does not provide internet 1 GB as promissed. As Lennar advertises the high speed internet will be provided by Hotwire Fision through HOA, it does not happen yet. We found out that the internet speed is only 100 mb. I’ve contacted Edmond from Fision and got told that internet is now provided by Starlink and still do not know when the community will get the fiber optic connected. Brook from HOA the Management trust told me that the HOA cannot do anything as it outsources the work to Hotwire. Moreover, I cannot reimburse any payment even though I have to find other internet provider myself. She literally means that HOA is not going to do anything for the homeowners. Brook only said “have a great day” at the ending, which really left a nice touch.
