I recently purchased a home from Lennar, which has left me disappointed with their labor warranty coverage. Their work for Roofing - Soffit/Facia is very poor along with the Sidings. If it is windy then you will hear rattle noise in the house at multiple places. I raised the issue with them and they fixed couple times. However, they did not fix completely and the issue is existed at multiple places. Now they refuse to fix it by saying it is not covered under warranty. I'm writing this review to bring attention to the importance of clear warranty coverage for homebuyers. I hope that Lennar will take steps to rectify this situation and provide better support for their customers in the future.
Love my new Lennar home! This was the best floorplan out of all of the new builds that we had seen. also with half acre sites, we got a lot more than we saw with the competition. Our experience was amazing with our sales person LeeAnn and our Loan Agent Andreah, as well as the Construction Manager Jim after the sale all in all rave reviews for Lennar!
