I have come to know my neighbors and that are very nice and have been helping to to me been of old age. The children have been respect. The community manager has been helpful to me as well.
I purchased my home just over a year ago. The home is a new build in a new area of Guadalupe Ridge in New Braunfels. Just recently, my water pipes began leaking in the front yard. I called the city to verify the issue and they informed me that it was an issue on my side. I then contacted Rausch Coleman's Warranty and they informed me that my warranty for utilities had expired after a year. They then proceeded to tell me they could send out one of their plumbers to assess the issue at an hourly rate of $175.00. I went ahead and went with a third party plumber who fixed the piping issue. They said the leak was due to "extremely poor workmanship". I could not believe I was sold a "new" home just to have to make repairs a year later! The repairs cost me $400.00 out of my own pocket.
