Very disappointing to receive a phone call after working with potential clients to find our your staff is discouraging them from working with A realtor who has been driving them to see properties and who has their best interest. Instead to push them to go with a IN HOUSE realtor. Look I know real estate can be cut throat, and Its a nature of the game but to some extent it is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Please talk to the woman who works your front desk/office and let her know this should NEVER be ok or acceptable!! Doesn't surprise me when I also was procuring cause and she told me that because they came through as an "INTERNET" lead she couldn't change them to my clients and add me on the deal. VERY SHADY. I will never refer any of my clients here and will try to push D.R. i

Great was alot better then D.R. Horton the whole process was easy went in at 12pm and was under contract by 2pm no bidding was told what was available went it looked at the lots and decided felt weird cause it was that easy
