Lennar at Estates of Boynton Waters

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m moving into my new home at Estates at Boynton Waters by Lennar, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. I secured a closing on a corner home, and the overall experience has been very positive. The layout is excellent, the 3-car garage was a major selling point, and the build quality has been superb throughout. The community is quiet, and the neighbors I’ve met so far are friendly and welcoming, which really matters when choosing a place to settle. This home represents an exciting new chapter for my family, and I’m genuinely looking forward to creating new memories here. I’m glad I chose Lennar and this community.

Do not move into this neighborhood. It is an active construction zone and you will get nail in your tires. We are renting a lovely house and I believe this neighborhood will be ready in a year or two. Right now it’s an active construction zone and the first week we moved in got 5 nails in our tires. When contacting Lenar, they said they couldn’t do anything because we couldn’t prove we got the tires from the construction site and that it’s an active construction site so we should assume that will happen. Some sidewalks are closed. The pool is closed. The lady at the gate is very nice. I would not have moved in if I knew about the construction was We have a baby and this is extremely dangerous from my car.
