Lennar at Espada

I am not too sure where some of these negative comments come from… but I can definitely say that Ariel is an exception. She took the time to fully explain the home buying process and answer all the questions I had. I would be a first time buyer, and interacting with Ariel made that daunting step such a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant process. I have more direction of what I would like or would not like. I will definitely ask for Ariel when I decide to purchase my home with Lennar! Gracias, Ariel!

Good people, good service, great community. Ariel really steps up for customers and residents. Espada community is in top shape. Offers alot of great amenities and it has that sense cozy community. Would recommend!

This is a very nice new neighborhood. I experienced great customer service here with knowledgeable employees who took the time to understand what I am looking for in a home.

Lennar customer service is absolute trash. Utterly poor service. Dont waste your time with purchasing a home with Lennar. I have never met such unprofessionalism and disdain from employees. I will never consider a lennar home again.

Slimey salespeople and poor management. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I like.
