Lennar at Elm Trails

This is a very interesting neighborhood to see. Some people laugh, some cry, some are amazed.

This community and the size of these homes are giving people a chance at owning their own home. Just because they are small or lower in cost doesn't make this a bad community. If you have purchased one of these, Congrats!!! I know you will take pride in where you live and all that you have accomplished!! To the people that have left rude comments: What happened to giving people the benefit of the doubt? Give people a chance! Have you ever heard, "If you cant say something nice, don't say anything at all"? You shouldn't cut people down just to make you feel better. Lift people up. The people mindlessly leaving 1-star reviews are being ridiculous. Where else are you going to find a brand new home for $135k? If you don't like it, fine, don't buy it. There are plenty of people (young, single, fixed-income) who might find these desirable.The vitriol and NIMBY-ism are frankly comical.

Homes built so closely together are a major fire hazard. There was a massive fire a year or two ago in a new home subdivision in superior Colorado precisely because the homes were built too closely together. Very dangerous for this community and the surrounding communities. Shame that these out of state greedy companies aren't regulated by our local representatives.

Tiny houses way overpriced. Really sad, cars parked in every direction. Large garbage cans scattered all over streets. Many many empty new tiny houses sitting empty. Red flag. Lennar can and should do way better than this. Lennar is taking advantage of an overpriced ridiculous housing market. I will pass, will continue to rent. No thank you Lennar.
