Negative: 1. Construction quality is average. Other than the outside walls none of the inner walls are insulated. If you hit the walls accidentally it shakes the fixtures on the other side of the walls. It feels like the houses are built in a hurry with no proper monitoring. At least the outside wall insulation is better with energy efficient 2. No proper insulation to the AC refrigerant pipes. From the guest room it feels like the AC unit is running inside the room. You cannot use the room in the night time. You cannot sleep in the guest rooms 3. Over priced houses 4. Construction manager agreeing to your inspection issue is a joke here. Promised amenities would be done in summer of 2025, still not done and are now saying there will no longer be a fitness center even though it was promised to all of us. VERY shady!

Love living in Fort Mill but unsure why a lot of things are built the way they are. -The main entrance / exit to the neighborhood has one lane each way, which would be fine, except a bunch of townhomes were built on this road with no way to go around them other than backing up and driving around to the 1 other entrance. So this is an issue any time there is a delivery to a townhouse. -The roads and turns, I would assume meet standards, but they are so narrow that there are new tire tracks in the grass every other week. It is extremely difficult for school buses and larger trucks to make the turns in the neighborhood without driving on the grass. -They built the handicap ramps continuous with some driveways, and had to fix it later by removing parts of the ends of some driveways (seems t

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire Lennar team was amazing—professional, supportive, and always there to answer questions along the way. They made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. Big shoutout to the Lennar team for helping me find a place I’m proud to call home!

Some of the construction managers are friendly and some are terrible. Lennar builds cookie cutter houses and doesn’t care if part of the batch is burnt or smooshed.
