Lennar at Cotton Brook

The houses look really nice but the people building them, do it too fast. There are so many things wrong, like doors not latching correctly, door knobs put on upside down, cracked cabinet doors, chips in the bathtub. Cheap appliances. 1 AC unit for a two story home. The framing by the garage is awful. The patio is high off the grass and doesn’t have a step. I don’t own a home in this neighborhood but I’ve seen how fast they are going up. It’s the little things!

Lived here almost a year and my experience overall have been positive. The process for buying a home was straight forward. Cindy was very nice and Clive responsive for warranty on paint and texture wall issue. Confused why Window Caulk wouldn't be covered on warranty.... Otherwise, overall positive experience with staff and community members.

I think the people posting positive reviews are trying to sell their properties here and fluff up the stars. I'll tell you why below! I toured and found several issues. As someone who grew up working construction let me give you a tip. If you can visually see where the home builder cut corners then you can safely assume that it's way worse in areas you can't see. I took my infrared camera and was allowed to use it in my tour. The amount of water leaks is insane both the glass shower and the tub had leaks so did the toilet in the second bathroom..... Best of luck to you guys who bought a property here. May your house be one of the "good ones" haha

We were mistreated despite our appointment and were asked to leave as our realtor agent could not join us on the meeting. We had entered our realtor info ahead of the meeting, but the lady was extremely rude and uncourteous. For heaven sake, we are making our biggest purchase and were going to purchase a 700k home - not a 70 dollar toy. Things could go unexpected and we can't force someone to join us for a tour if our realtor had a family emergency and was out of town.As clients we do not deserve such rude behavior from the Sales team at Lennar at Cotton Brook. Remember, there are many other builders who treat us respectful. God bless you and please learn how to be human.

Cindy was a really knowledgeable resource. My fiance and I found her very friendly and professional. We especially appreciated that she took us to see some homes that were nearing completion so we could gauge the build quality against other builders we'd seen in the area. Overall, we felt the homes were a great quality for the price and the floorplans were functional. We ended up going under contract with another builder in Hutto, but it was only because we preferred the neighborhood location. I would still recommend Lennar at Cotton Brook.
