Homeowner here! South Palm Springs!!!! Brand New!!! Not Windy!!! Great Views!!! Excellent location, excellent price, and easy access to tons of shopping and nightlife. Low HOA, great neighborhood / neighbors and very dog friendly. Heidi with Lennar is amazing to work with and truly cares.
Poor quality finishes inside and out, mis matched appliances, cheap roll roofing (also poorly installed), not gated, located right next to one of the worst housing areas in Palm Springs. No justification for HOA Fees. Definitely not worth the asking price.
