I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Lennar Homes. The quality of construction is subpar, and the company's follow-through on promises is lacking. Initially, the sales team was friendly and accommodating, offering numerous incentives to sign the contract. However, once we signed the documents, the treatment was completely different. The company failed to deliver on many of the promises made during the sales process. The construction of our home has been plagued by issues, including air conditioning problems, such as poor workmanship, materials, or design flaws, irrigation problems, Despite numerous requests, these problems have not been adequately addressed. A community that I go to regularly. Ready to see the next phase I walk the homes for New England Trim. Phase 3 has opened nice floor plans. Large rooms big lofts. One of my favorite neighborhoods

They Never answer the phone, I have been calling for the pass 3 weeks, send a message to Mrs Karen Restrepo. visits the office during their regular times but it has been imposible to get a hold with anyone for basic information of their community. My realtor has also tried to get in contact with no success. The worst costumer services I have seen from a builder sales office

Good luck trying to get ahold of someone to buy a home. Called, emailed and did online chat and it was impossible to get ahold of a sales rep. Reached out to a Lennar lender and they never responded to us either. Terrible service.
