Vanity cabinets in bathrooms are too short 30 to 32 inches tall. Should be 36 inches to prevent back strain. No options to select finishes. Master bath has several support handles on every wall which makes narrow shower even more narrow which is mandatory. They should use grey or darker colored grout on shower floor as white can get dingy and show stains after years of use. In some units the washer and dyer is in same room as water heater tank and furnace, should have door separating mechanicals. All units have a percentage of carpet which is not good for people with allergies. No option to not have carpets. Some units have dark floors and cabinets, no option to pick finishes. Lastly it is overpriced. Previously advertised as 300k to 325k. I was asked before viewing, if above was my price

Attended a visitors spa day, enjoyed it! I was able to tour, beautiful apartments. I would recommend to seniors in the area.
