Lennar at Beach Village

My wife and I have been in constant contact with question after question. I am not a fan of smoke and mirrors, all answers are honest even if they are not flattering. The response time and attention to detail in helping us is more than excellent. Billy and Ronnie have been amazing and we hope that we will be "neighbors" at some point.

In the last few weeks we have been looking at homes we have come across a few Realtors we were not fond of, but not a single one actually tried to NOT sell us a house until we got here. This woman was absolutely terrible at her job. The first thing my wife asked was “How large are your lots” which the agent replied “All of our lots are small, it just depends on what your looking for” and it just went down hill from there. We walked out after about 3 mins of listening to her reply to every question asked with a negative answer. There is far too much competition in this area when it comes to home buying to waist time speaking with someone who is more interested in what’s going on outside then selling a home.

Great location! Shopping and restaurants just outside the community and it’s a short bike or golf cart ride to the beach!
