Lennar at Astonia

Lennar is the WORST builder!!! It took my entire 1 year warranty to get my home repaired to how it should’ve been from closing. I had to fight tooth and nail with them. They had this information at my walk though and didn’t mark down many of the things that were mentioned. Day 1 of move-in my entire first floor flooded from the toilet backing up and coming through my kitchen sink!!! The kitchen cabinets started peeling within the first 3 months. The upstairs floors weren’t bolted down and were sinking. I had OVER 60 items listed that needed repairs and/ or attention. We went through 7 Customer Service “Managers” ( just a fancy name for the person assigned to your home). If you can avoid purchasing from Lennar, RUN!!!!!

New development 🙌 . Nice homes . Easy on the traffic if you are driving around pick hours. Good and easy way to the shopping village , attractions and parks , not too far from the location. NEW homes . Is niceeee.

Ok homes but it doesn't make sense their idea of putting on solar panels that doesn't fully pay for your power.

Replying to another review I saw where a lennar rep said that this community has a pool: we do not. Is that supposed to be added in the future?
