Another successful closing, thanks to Heidi Harrington at LendServ. I've used their Title services multiple times over the past decade, and I've never had a question that wasn't answered or a transaction that failed to complete. There's a mountain of paperwork to sign, but Heidi will take as little or as much time as you need to go over the documents, and highlight specific items of importance going forward (homestead, next year's tax copy of closing, etc.). And their service doesn't stop after closing - if you still have questions or need copies of anything, ask and they'll be there for you. Company is a complete joke. Had Leah Mooney do titles, after 3 months of her not answering her phone and being unable to leave a voice mail I had to find her on Facebook to ask why I still legally didn't own my house. She listed excuse after excuse. I attempted to contact a higher up about her inability to do her job as it still took another entire month to get paperwork done when originally we were told 2 week turnaround time. My email came back because the website listed an invalid email address. Leah should probably not work here if she's too busy to do her job. Very incompetent and incredibly unprofessional
