Rented from them for a year, always paid rent on time or early. Was a good tenant and Donnie kept my deposit because he claims I left furniture in the hallway when I moved out. When I informed him that was left by a neighbor beside me, he said it was my responsibility to inform them of that and he hung up. Roach infested, poorly maintained apartments and management is awful.

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not rent from these people. They are absolute slum lords!!! House is infested with mice and roaches due to the next door neighbor being a hoarder and they have yet to do anything about it but trying to evict me but not the problem. Do not rent any houses from them on Palo Duro street

I have been renting from LEMC for almost 3 years now. I have never had any problems with them. The building I live in is old, but they have always come and fixed anything within a few days. They have the best rent prices in all of Canyon. I have only spoken to Donnie once or twice, and he wasn't rude to me at all. I don't know about other people's experiences, but mine haven't been bad personally. I guess we'll see how that goes when we finally move, but for the past 2 1/2 years, things have been pretty all good over all.

Very friendly people. I am renting a home through them and let me tell you best experience with renting I’ve ever had!! They get things fixed if anything happens and are fast about it. Renting price is reasonable and can pay through the app which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend going through here if you are on the market!

The apartments on 2217 s Polk st in amarillo are horrible it hot as hell in the summer and cold as can be in winter. There a/c never worked right even when it was said to have just been "fixed" and I had to rely on personal plug in a/c. When I went to open wildows they were are paint and primed shut. They maintenance is extremely lazy and you'll have to call them back multiple times when they do "fix" something.
