I applied for Approval for a Screened Enclosure on Monday morning and by Friday of the SAME week it has been approved Great turnaround, which I mostly accredit to the studious and conscientious Jenna Mingle . I called her three times before and during the process and she was spot on with everything I needed to do and submit. While requesting an approval by the ARB to change the paint color on our home, we had a minor glitch with an old email address on their form. We reached out to Stacey Forson in the St John's office to be sure it was received. She responded immediately, communicated the progress of the situation promptly, and even was able to secure an earlier review date to help us get the project moving. We were very pleased with the way the situation was handled. She assures us the form will be updated for future requests and thanked me for pointing out the error to her. It was a very pleasant way to do business with our HOA.

Adrien is our property manager. She is great. She is knowledgeable of condo law and procedure. She is pleasant to deal with but is not a push over for rude residents. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and to walk the property and see issues that need correction. She has handled an employee problem where the person needed to go and we were glade she was strong enough to get rid of him. Overall, she is a very fine property manager.
