I recently moved here and have had a wonderful experience so far. I’m extremely grateful to the office staff—Lucy, Alanna, and Brenda are all so kind and welcoming. Alanna was especially helpful throughout the leasing process, and I’ve also had the pleasure of speaking with Lucy and Brenda, who have been just as friendly and helpful. Overall, the entire team has made this transition a great one.

I recently relocated out of state for a job and was fortunate to come across this wonderful apartment complex. From the very beginning, the management team went above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation. They allowed me to go through the leasing process without physically being present, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is its fantastic location. Situated in a beautiful , quiet, and safe area, I always feel secure and at ease coming home which is a major feature for me because I live alone until my husband finds a job here. I’m really disappointed with the cleanliness at this apartment community, especially when it comes to pet areas. Dog poop is everywhere, and it feels like management is not taking any meaningful action to address it. I have a dog myself, and I’m genuinely concerned about my pet’s health as well as my own. Even though I walk my dog carefully, I still ended up stepping on poop because many residents are not cleaning up after their dogs. It’s not only unpleasant, it’s unsanitary and unsafe for all pets and families living here. I truly hope management starts enforcing the rules, and keeping the property cleaner. The lack of responsibility and oversight around pet waste has become a serious issue

I’ve had such a positive experience living here. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the grounds are always clean and well-kept. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live!

This comunitty is a mess, the units are old, all water faucets leaking, windows does not work properly, stinks every where , there is roaches all over the place, the parking lot is all bumpy. The worst part is that the manager MEGAN will ignore all your maintenance requests. The poor attention to the community issues gives me stress and anxiety so I do not recommend this place to anyone. There's a flood in front of my porch but MEGAN refuses to get it fix. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie, hay muy mala administración y muchas fallas estructurales. Esta comunidad les traerá estrés y dolores de cabeza.
