Over the years I have rented from many different property management companies. Never have any of them come close to being as amazing as Legends Realty. They are fair, reasonable and always address all issues promptly. Yaya is definitely an all star. Any time we have ever had an issue she has been so quick to assist. Over the years I was conditioned to expect a long wait but no matter what Yaya always exceeds my expectations. She is fantastic at keeping us updated regularly. I consider her the gold standard for customer communication and use her as an example to my own employees. My only warning is they making renting such a pleasurable experience you may never want to stop renting. I do know when I'm finally ready I'll be using them to help me purchase a home.

I want to start by saying it was the easiest move in ever. Tina Lopez the owner is accessible and always there to help. YaYa Mojica the office manager is always there to help with any needs or maintenance. I always get a reply within 24 hours. Yaya, thank you for being the best help ever in any apartment ive ever had. I would definitely 100% rent with Lengends Reality. They are definitely an upscale reality company. ❤️

Stay away from this rental company! It is all seems great, until you move out! They will find all kinds of charges to keep your money. Read the reviews on security deposits and do your due diligence. If they do this to all people moving out, just imagine how much extra money they are stealing for their profits! The great reviews on here are not about Legends Realty, they are about some of their staff such as Yaya, who seems to develope a great rapport with people. Other than that, they are not a good or honest company!

It was such a pleasure meeting Yaya! She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the apartment complex. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right place. Highly recommend working with her!
